Why I Built Eastbrook Deli
I started working in a deli when I was thirteen years old, and I quickly learned something that has stayed with me ever since.
Over the years, I learned that people rarely remember only the food—they remember how you made them feel.
That lesson has shaped everything we've built at Eastbrook.
